Terms and Conditions for Worth Properties Pty Ltd
All bookings made through Worth Properties are conditional upon the guest having fully read and understood the following Terms & Conditions. All bookings must be secured and confirmed with a 50% non refundable deposit. By signing this document you have read and fully understood all aspects of the rules and regulations. If you are unclear about any of the following please ask before booking.
Do not make a deposit unless you are committed to your stay as refunds will not be given. Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The balance of the rental amount must be received in full, 14 days prior to occupancy. If not then Worth Properties can cancel the booking and attempt to re let it and your deposit will be lost.
Cancellations
If cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to arrival date, then as well as losing the 50% deposit a 10% administration charge will incur. If you make a payment/deposit and have not read the terms and conditions, you will not be entitled to a refund. It is your responsibility to read terms and conditions and then make a decision if the property is suitable for your purpose of stay. We advise to read all paper work before committing.
Worth Properties will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However Worth Properties reserves the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. Worth Properties is not responsible for any permits or licensing in regards to your stay. All Insurances are covered for holiday rental.
Bond
Bond of $3000 is required for any booking and is fully refunded upon successful inspection of the property. Bond is payable at the same time as the balance amount being at least 14 days prior to arrival date. The bond is only accepted through credit card and refunded automatically after 7 days when preauthorised by credit card, subject to the conditions being met. It is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage, excess cleaning requirements, or extra guests beyond those declared. If there are any damages, theft or the property is left untidy then fees will be taken out of the bond. WE HAVE A THOROUGH INSPECTION LIST ON DEPARTURE, IF THERE IS ANY DAMAGE YOU WILL BE CHARGED ACCORDINGLY.
These fees are determined by Worth Properties obtaining quotes to fix the damages or replacement cost, etc. If you are paying by credit card, a fee of 1.76% will be added to the amount payable.
Rubbish removal
Please ensure that all rubbish is taken out of the property and put in the outside garbage and recycling bins. If there is any excess rubbish that cannot fit in these bins then please remove from the property and dispose at the local nearby tip.
If excess rubbish is left a fee of $50 will be charged for a private company to come and remove the garbage.
Loss
Worth Properties will take no responsibility for the guests personal property.
To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect the properties but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.
Conditions
The holiday rentals let through Worth Properties are to be enjoyed and appreciated, it is a special place for people to unwind and relax and enjoy the finer things in life.
This property is not for groups using it as a “party” venue. The properties are located in respectable and upstanding neighbourhoods. Anyone that does not abide by the rules and regulations will be asked to leave the property immediately and forego their monies and bond.
This property caters for people who conduct themselves in a professional and respectable manner.
Families with children are welcome. No young groups allowed unless prior arrangement.
PLEASE BE AWARE: If you make a booking under false pretences you will not be allowed to reside at the property and you will forfeit all monies paid.
The number of guests should not exceed the amount originally stated. Fees will apply for any extra guests or termination of stay may apply.
Due to Insurance regulations only the paying registered guests are to be at the property.
All guest’s names are to be registered with Worth Properties prior to confirming your booking.
You are renting this property for the sole use of you and your guests.
The price charged is for a holiday use only. Any destruction or excessiveness to the property or its grounds will result in a deduction from your bond and criminal proceedings may be taken against you, if there has been any sign of abuse or vandalism. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments.
Noise and music must be kept to acceptable levels at all times of the day and night. Disturbance to neighbours of the property will result in termination of rental and loss of bond. If we are called due to disturbance we will send a security company to the property and fees will apply.

Prices are subject to change, without notice, however, once advised in writing, prices will not change for your accommodation. Worth Properties may at any time cancel your booking if there are reasons which require us to do so. If this happens we will give you a full refund of all monies that you may have paid and we will have no further liability to you.
Worth properties will have made every effort to describe the property accurately, we do not accept responsibility for any differences between the description and the actual property or if the accommodation that you choose is not what you expected. To reduce the risk of this happening, please study the pictures and description of the property on the web site before booking.
Worth Properties will not be held responsible for any services that may be disconnected or fail to work properly during your stay. We will not give you a discount on your accommodation if this happens during your stay. However we will do our best to ensure these services are reconnected or fixed as soon as possible.
All bookings will commence from 2pm with a strict departure time of 10am.
The property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival, please ensure all bench tops have been wiped down, dishwasher is empty and BBQ cleaned. If moving any furniture you must put it back in its place before check out. Furniture and bedding configuration must remain the same as you found it.
A $50 BBQ CLEANING FEE APPLIES IF NOT CLEANED.
Excess cleaning fees can apply, if property is not left in a satisfactory condition.
The person organising the holiday is responsible for his or her guests actions or negligence.
