We charge a 10% commission fee from successful bookings and endeavour to get the highest possible rates for you. Most other companies charge approximately 15% commission. We are different from many similar websites as we offer prospective guests a secure payment site. This allows customers to pay online using credit cards and is therefore much easier and secure for them to make bookings. Full payment will be taken from the guests through our online secure site and your payment will be sent to you at the end of every booking month. Another major point of difference that will make Worth Properties stand out from other sites is we will be offering our clients packages. This will be a great benefit to our clients because not only will they get quality accommodation but also book a variety of activities and services as a package deal. For example. The ‘thrill seekers’ package may include accommodation, a surf lesson, sky dive and dinner. Our background comes from a major tourism destination in Queensland where we have been providing tourists with their holiday requirements for many years. This enables us to have insight into what tourist’s needs and wants are. Worth Properties will also supply clients with information on conference facilities and weddings throughout the region. Our main priorities will be to answer all Worth Properties email enquiries and take all bookings with the quickest possible response time. Our staff will be online 7 days a week. We will always confirm bookings with the owners so it is your choice if you want to take the booking dates. We will organise guest keys, check in and out times of guests and welcome packs. Worth Properties can provide professional cleaners at reasonable rates unless you wish to use your own cleaners. The cleaning of the properties is of upmost importance to meet high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Worth Properties we will do regular checks to ensure the property is cleaned satisfactorily. We can also organise repairs and maintenance on your property if required. Worth Properties can supply your rental property with a night time security service. If you are thinking of taking schoolies bookings or large groups this may be a service you and your neighbours would benefit from.
